Emilie offers Walk and Talk therapy sessions May-October. Walk and Talk Therapy is a form of psychotherapy that incorporates walking while talking, problem solving, and participating in therapeutic activities that traditionally occur within an office. While physical movement is typically beneficial, the focus is not on exercise.
Walk and talk sessions start and end at the office and will take place in the surrounding neighborhoods of the office. Due to the nature of walk and talk sessions, confidentiality cannot be guaranteed.
