Rates:

• 60-90 minute initial intake assessment - $155

  • Effective April 1, 2025 - 60-90 minute initial intake assessment - $175

• 53-60 minute individual therapy session - $125

  • Effective April 1, 2025 - 53-60 minute individual therapy session - $150

All fees are due at time of session.  I accept exact amount-cash, check, HSA cards, or debit/credit card.  Checks can be made to: Emilie Buter Counseling.

Insurance:

I currently accept the following insurance plans:

• Premera Blue Cross

• LifeWise/LifeWise Assurance

• First Choice Health Network

• Regence Blue Shield

For all other insurance plans, I will be considered an “out-of-network” provider. Most insurance companies will cover a portion of your costs as an "out of network" benefit.  I am happy to provide a monthly receipt often referred to as a "superbill," for you to submit to your insurance for reimbursement. 

Please note, it is your responsibility to contact your insurance company to understand the co-pays, deductibles, reimbursement, and coverage.  The contact number for your insurance company is typically on the back of your card.  

Cancellation Policy:

I maintain a 24 hour cancellation policy. Please contact me 24 hours in advance of our scheduled session if you need to cancel. Otherwise, you will be charged a $100 no show/cancellation fee. This will not be covered or reimbursed by insurance.
